I’ve changed two factors in my morning routine. These new routines have made a world of difference. Don’t worry, you can do them too!
It will seem way too simple, but I want to challenge you to try them for the next week. Are you ready? Here they are…
1. Go to bed at the right time. I know for me to function properly, I need seven hours of sleep. So regardless of how early I get up, my bed time needs to be adjusted. You may be able to function on less, and that’s okay.
2. Get organized the night before. Lay your clothes out. Have your to-do list updated. Have your briefcase ready to grab. If you take your lunch, have it semi-packed. Whatever it is that you need for the next morning, get as much of it ready the night before.
So here’s your challenge: Try this for the next week. It will make you feel less stressed, less fatigued, and more in control of your life. Leave a comment below to let me know if you’re taking on the “Good Morning Challenge”.
