Some of you may have noticed that I have not posted since last week. I’m currently “restocking the pools of wisdom” so that the things I post on here are truly well thought out comments.
So many bloggers will just write something every single day, even when it gets to the point that their entries are completely worthless (i.e. I put extra syrup on my waffles today). Others turn themselves into self proclaimed critics of every man of God or church out there.
If we’re going to be honoring God with our blogging, wouldn’t the quality of entries be more pleasing to him than the quantity? I think so. So this is why I’m currently reading as much as I can. I’m getting up earlier to spend time with the Lord before the day takes off. I’m listening to online sermons and keeping an entire notebook full of notes.
As soon as the Holy Spirit gives me something to say, I’ll say it. Until then, I’ll act like the prophets of old and not speak until He gives me something to say. Keep looking because it may happen as early as tomorrow or as late as a week or two. But when God speaks, its always worth listening to!

I was reading a blog entry from Tim Stevens of Granger Church in Indiana (No relation that I know of). He’s an awesome guy that I’ve been following for about a year. He wrote a blog entry that has been shaking me up all morning (IN A GOOD WAY!). You need to read this…leave me some comments about your thoughts. You can find the link here.
