Last night, Dale Begley brought his best message of the week.  I REALLY believe that if Christians would fully grasp this concept, it would literally change their life in every way.

The title was “How to Receive Healing And Keep It”.  While the title suggests that the whole message was about healing, the priciples in this message also apply to such vital parts of our Christian life such as hearing from God.

Here are my observations from last night:

  • We need to learn to rest more and just trust God.
  • The only evidence you have of salvation is your belief.  The only evidence you have of the infilling of the Holy Spirit is your belief.  The only evidence you have of your healing is your belief.
  • Healing starts when you believe in your heart.  This must happen first before manifestation ever takes place.
  • When you don’t use your faith, your flesh and emotions will rise up and rule everytime.
  • 1 Corinthians 2:7–Spiritual wisdom is given through the Spirit.
  • 1 Corinthians 2:10–You must LIVE in the Spirit.
  • 1 Corinthians 2:13–When God tells you to do something, your mind will compare natural to spiritual.
  • 1 Corinthians 2:14–Natural people cannot receive spiritual things.

The biggest thing I learned last night was this…  The Holy Spirit speaks to our human spirit.  The word that is planted in our spirit has the potential to change everything.  However, the voice of our spirit (conscience) tries to pass that word onto our soul (mind, will, emotions).  If our soul can receive that word, it will change our thinking and the way we feel about the situation.  If that happens, then our soul will change the flesh and make it do what the Spirit originally told our spirit to do.

So make sure to listen to that STILL, SMALL voice inside of you today.  God is trying to tell you something!  Tonight’s the last night the Begleys will be in town.  He’ll be preaching about the anointing!  Have a great weekend, and I pray the Holy Spirit works miracles in your services.  SEE YOU MONDAY!
